Handmade Chocolate Cherry Cups
Deliciously tart cherries in a thick, milk chocolate made with a turn-of-century recipe. The perfection of old time candy is here – the smooth, perfect texture and the sumptuous taste. In the late 1800s, all things chocolate became with rage – truffles, chocolate enrobed nuts and fruits, and a flat candy bar. The milk chocolate was also new, first made in Switzerland in the mid-1800s. Each is made by hand in a small confectionary, now run by a third generation chocolatier.
