A Bit of History

Cinnamon comes from the bark of one of two trees – Cassia and Ceylon. Cassia , which is cited in the Bible, has a rich, penetrating fragrance, long used as a scent, medicine and flavoring. Once an expensive and revered spice, cinnamon is still popular today, yet hasn’t lost its allure or importance.
